The amazing “WIC” necklace focuses on women in the construction (wicweek.org) industry, and encourages construction firms to show their support for their women employees.

This year’s National Association of Women in Construction’s theme (NAWIC’s)  is Many Paths, One Mission, in celebration of the different journeys women have taken towards their personal goal of empowerment and success in the construction industry. 

The WIC Necklace, is on trend, with gold plated, paper clip stainless steel chain, adjustable, 18 inches long, with pave mini cubic zircon cube letter beads, and Freshwater Pearls (6mm), spacer beads.
